I really enjoyed this one. I love the Egyptian myth and culture paired with the Washington DC backdrop. Sudi is a great character, being torn between being a normal teenage girl worried about boys, and accepting her destiny as a Sister of Isis - a descendent of the Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt. This book is a definate read for anyone who is into Ancient Egypt or anyone who loves DC, or both (it's like this book was written just for me because I love both!) I looked forward to reading the next one in the series! It's also a rather fast read, so pick it up over a weekend when you have nothing else to do.
